  • HOW DO I FIND MY PRODUCT’S WEIGHT INFORMATION?

    Often online stores fail to provide their products’ weight information; therefore, we recommend that you go to a website like Amazon.com, search for a similar product and use their information as reference to complete your quote.

  • HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

    All changes or updates for any of your information can be made by logging into your account. From there you can edit anything you like regarding personal, shipping, or payment information.

  • HOW ARE REFUNDS MADE?

    Online payments are reimbursed to the payment method used for the transaction (credit or debit card, PayPal, etc.). The customer may choose to have cash, credit card or debit card payments made in store reimbursed through one of the following account credit or transaction reversal to the payment method used for the transaction. It may take 3 to 5 business days for credits to reflect in the customer’s account; it may take up to 60 days for reversals to reflect in the customer’s bank account (subject to banking institutions’ policies).

  • WHAT IS THE ADDRESS IN MIAMI?

    Your Address in Miami is composed of a physical address for packages and documents. This address includes the country code and your account number, which allow us to send everything to the final destination: your hands!

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

    Packages usually take less than a week to get to Jamaica, once it is received by our personnel at our facility in Miami. To avoid delays, ensure the packages are pre-alerted addressed properly.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

    Our rates are based on two factors the weight and cost of the contents in a package. At present we are not charging on dimensional or volumetric weight. For additional information please view our rate sheet by clicking the rates tab on our website.

  • WHEN DO CUSTOMS FEES APPLY?

    Presently customs fees are only charged on a package that has contents valuing greater than US$50.00. We encourage customers to do their research as it relates to customs fees and make comparisons on the feasibility of ordering online versus buying items locally. Please feel free to contact us for further information regarding duty rates.

  • IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP OR SIGN UP FEE?

    Here is another fantastic reason for becoming a GPS customer, there is no sign up or annual membership fee.

  • HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE IS IN MIAMI AND THE OVERALL STATUS OF MY PACKAGE?

    Once your packages have been delivered in Miami, customers can expect an email within 24-48 hours confirming that the package was received. Further emails regarding its arrival in Kingston and it being ready for pick up is also provided.

  • HOW DO I SCHEDULE A DELIVERY?

    When pre-alerting the package, you can indicate whether you wish to pick up your package at our office or you can select the option of having the package delivered to your home or office in the corporate area for FREE. You can also contact us at least four (4) hours in advance to schedule a delivery, the charge will be $500 per delivery for Kingston and St. Andrew and $800 for Spanish Town and Portmore.

  • WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTED ITEMS?

    Restricted packages include: Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash, etc.

  • PERMIT REQUIRED

    A permit is required for items such as supplements, pesticides, sexual enhancers, certain plants and seeds, animal products, honey, gun holsters, bow and arrow etc.
